This classic Italian dessert has had a makeover! Our powered-up version is packed with protein and incorporates a taste of the Pacific, with rich Koko Samoa and heavenly Heilala vanilla from Tonga. Layer up those lady-fingers, chill, and enjoy!

Ingredients
- 3 cups Anchor protein greek style yoghurt
- 3 scoops (1 serve) Viktual+ protein powder vanilla
- ½ tsp Heilala vanilla extract
- 1 tsp honey or liquid stevia
- 1 pack Vittoria lady fingers
- 1 cup strong coffee
- 2 tsp Koko Samoa
- 2 tsp cinnamon
Method
- Combine greek yoghurt, Viktual+ protein powder vanilla, Heilala vanilla extract and honey (or liquid stevia) in a large bowl.
- Mix with an electric hand mixer for 1 minute or until protein powderis fully mixed in.
- Soak Vittoria lady fingers in the cup of coffee (one at a time) and place on bottom of baking dish.
- Top with ⅓ of greek yoghurt mixture, cinnamon and Koko Samoa. Repeat for 2 additional layers.
- Top final layer of greek yoghurt and Koko Samo then refrigerate overnight to fully set.
