Protein pancakes

Other than being so easy to make — we love pancakes because you can have them any time of the day without judgement. We’ve used Almond Meal and our Viktual+ Vanilla Protein Powder - but you can easily substitute this with your choice of flour or remix it with our Chocolate flavour.

Ingredients
- 3 scoops (1 serving) Viktual+ Protein Powder Vanilla or Chocolate
- ⅓ cup almond meal
- 2 bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Method
- Blend the bananas.
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Preheat a pan with spray/butter.
- Scoop ¼ of the mixture onto the pan, cook until small bubbles start forming and flip. Repeat with the rest of the mixture.
- Serve with your choice of fruits and yoghurt/cream!
Almond meal can be substituted with an alternative flour.
