Protein pancakes

Other than being so easy to make — we love pancakes because you can have them any time of the day without judgement. We’ve used Almond Meal and our Viktual+ Vanilla Protein Powder - but you can easily substitute this with your choice of flour or remix it with our Chocolate flavour.

Ingredients

  • 3 scoops (1 serving) Viktual+ Protein Powder Vanilla or Chocolate
  • ⅓ cup almond meal
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Method

  1. Blend the bananas.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
  3. Preheat a pan with spray/butter.
  4. Scoop ¼ of the mixture onto the pan, cook until small bubbles start forming and flip. Repeat with the rest of the mixture.
  5. Serve with your choice of fruits and yoghurt/cream!
Chef tips

Almond meal can be substituted with an alternative flour.
