Caramelised apple protein oats

These overnight oats are the perfect prep-ahead breakfast to keep you fuelled and ready to go. We’ve incorporated Viktual+ protein powder along with chia seeds and protein yoghurt to keep you feeling fuller for longer, while the delicious, caramelised apple will have you feeling like you’re eating dessert for breakfast!

Ingredients
- 1 ½ scoops Viktual+ protein powder vanilla
- 1 apple
- 15 g brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 30 g rolled oats
- 100 ml oat milk
- 2.5 ml vanilla extract
- 100 g Greek style yoghurt
- 15 g chia seeds
Method
- Fry apples in a pan to soften.
- Add sugar, cinnamon, and allow to caramelise then remove and set aside.
- Combine all remaining ingredients in a bowl and stir through the apple mix.
- Pour into 2 jars and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Cover and refrigerate to set overnight.
