Broccoli & chorizo pizza

Ingredients
- 2 pre-made pizza bases
- ⅓ cup tomato paste
- 2-3 cups grated mozzarella cheese
- ½ head broccoli, cut into small florets
- 3 fresh chorizo sausages, skin removed and torn
- Handful fresh baby kale or spinach leaves
Substitutions
Replace chorizo with pork and fennel sausages or cured chorizo, sliced.
Method
- Preheat the oven with the baking tray inside to 220°C.
- Spread the tomato paste over the pizza bases and top with mozzarella cheese, broccoli and chorizo. Season with black pepper.
- Place pizzas on a baking tray and bake for 8-10 minutes, until cheese is bubbling and chorizo cooked. Remove from oven.
- Scatter over fresh baby kale or spinach leaves before serving.
Chef tips
If using a pizza stone, place in the oven before heating the oven.
